What is Reservation Creation
In some cases, reservations may be created automatically or manually entered in ONDA Wave.
- Automatically create reservations through the plugin service or channel manager, or
- There is a way to enter the reservation directly by phone or on-site visit.
- In addition, if there are reservations that occur on other channels that are not linked to waves, there are also reservations that are created by manual input by the manager.
3 ways to manually enter reservation creation
There are three ways to create a handbook in ONDA Wave.
The first way. General reservation creation button 🚶♂️🚶♀️
-Location : Wave top of all menus > (+) Create Reservation button
-Period setting : Bring in rooms that can be reserved by designating check-in to check-out dates.
-Select room type : After selecting the desired room type, set the number of rooms/rate/person.
💡 You can set multiple room types at once.
Second way. General reservation creation button 🚶♂️🚶♀️
-Location : Timeline menu> (+) Create Reservation button
-The function is the same as above.
Method three. Quick Create Reservation button 🏃♀️🏃♂️
-Location : Timeline menu> (+) Create Reservation button
-Double-click on the date/room type → select the length of stay → enter quantity/rate/person

Screen guide when clicking Create Reservation button
STEP.1 Enter length of stay and room type
- Select the length of stay
-Check in ~ check out period
- Select room type
-You can check multiple room types.
※However, in the case of the quick reservation creation button, steps 1 and 2 are omitted.
- Select room quantity
- Plan/number of people applied
-If you select a handwritten fee rather than a plan , you can enter the amount on the next screen.
STEP.2 Enter guest information, reservation status, reservation channel, etc.
- Amount : If you have chosen the handwriting fee in STEP.1, you can enter the amount directly here.
- Last Name/First Name : Enter the customer's first name.
- Customer Search : When clicking the magnifying glass button, you can search for the customer name and call up the existing registered customer information.
- Email : Enter the customer's email address.
- Phone number : Register customer's contact information.
- Send Reservation Confirmation : The reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email listed in step 4.
- Customer management registration : You can save the current customer information and use it for future customer searches.
- Reservation Status : You can select the status of the reservation from provisional reservation/determination .
(In case of temporary reservation , it is not reflected in the report)
Funnel : A walk-in that the customer visits and reserves , or other handwriting . - Payment Status : If the customer has not paid , it can be displayed as a payment wait . If payment has been made, payment is completed
You can record it by selecting and payment method. - Agency : Select a specific online sales channel and enter the agency reservation number .
-Agency name'etc' : Used when entering a channel not registered in Wave.
-Reservations that store the agency name and agency reservation number before interlocking can be interlocked when interworking with the agency later. (Not available depending on the channel) - Recall customer-written notes . (Channel manager, booking engine)
