1. Precautions regarding refund policy
- The refund policy of ONDA Distributor basically follows the refund policy of the partner you created in Settings> Property Setting.
- Certain channels require you to follow the sales channel refund policy. (Yanolja, etc.)
- When registering the ONDA Distributor cancellation policy , please read the following rules.
- From top to bottom, please set the fee sequentially from 100% of the fee 0 days in advance.
- If you registered 0 days ago, 1 day ago, or 3 days ago, the penalty 2 days before will be followed by the penalty 3 days before.
- On the bottom of the policy, the penalty must be registered as 0%. (If not, it is automatically registered to the channel, but it may cause errors in the system.)
2. Precautions when setting the property
- In the case of the property that uses the Distributor service and receive additional person per room,
First, go to Settings > Room > Extra charge per adult / child,
Second, on the Settings > Property > Integration tab, enter the following phrase in the Extra person description column.
- Content : 'Please pay the amount of additional person on site upon your arrival.'
- Reason : Only limited information is provided in the OTA channels. (Notices on payment of additional person & the number of guests are not provided)
Third, when a guest checks in, an extra person must pay on site .
- Accommodation photo registration
- We recommend that you register photos of the hotel exterior/public facilities, etc. rather than the room photos.
- To register a room photo, go to Settings > Room.
⚠️ If you register unauthentic photos or ones that include people/phone numbers/texts, it would be rejected.
- As the contents you have written up, it is better to keep the paragraphs neat when you enter the contents.
3. Precautions when setting rooms
- In Room Setting > Integration tab, the Room type description must be 50 or more characters.
- You must check at least 10 check boxes.
⚠️ Room photo registration: If you register a photo that includes a person/phone number/text, or a unauthentic photo, it is rejected.
- The contents written in this menu are reflected on the details page of each channel without any adjustments, so it is recommended to fill out the paragraph cleanly when entering.
4. Notice regarding ONDA Distributor menu
- If you entered ONDA Plug-in> ONDA Distributor menu, you can set the name of the rate plan only for the OTA channel in the Rate plan section.
- (EX. Double room-Basic rate, Double room-Breakfast included, etc.)
- (EX. Double room-Basic rate, Double room-Breakfast included, etc.)
- You can exclude rooms that are not sold through the Distributor service from the rate plan setting menu.
- Method : Settings > Rate plan> Select the plan you are using for Distributor > Register as a room to exclude
- Method: When adding or deleting a room, you need to check the room to exclude by selecting the plan connected to the ONDA Distributor.
5. What to do if reservation information does not come from Naver
- Background: Due to various technical problems such as increased traffic in Naver, stock/rate transfer may be delayed.
- Problem: In this case, if a customer tries to make a reservation, the reservation is confirmed in Naver, but the reservation may not be accepted in ONDA Wave.
- Onda's solution : In general, after checking with the ONDA customer center, we will check the hotel's stock/rate and confirm or cancel the reservation through customer service.
- Partner's solution : However, if such a problem occurs outside of operating hours, the partner must take action and recommend the following method.
- 1 eye. If you have a spare room, please help check in and contact ONDA.
(At Naver, reservations are linked to Wave by hand, and settlement proceeds without problems.) - 2 eyes. If there is no room available, please recommend an alternative room in the property.
- 3 eyes. If a customer wishes to cancel or transfers to another property, please inform us that "Cancellation and refund will be processed on the next business day." (Reason: If the customer cancels directly without canceling on the ONDA side, the customer must bear the cancellation fee.)
- 1 eye. If you have a spare room, please help check in and contact ONDA.
