Channel manager does not prevent overbooking 100%, but it is a service that helps to minimize it.
Therefore, even if you have finished CMS integration, it is necessary to constantly monitor all the reservations via CMS.
ONDA Wave will send e-mails about the creation/modification and cancellation of reservations from channels that you have conncected.
Please check your e-mail and be aware of and take action on overbookings and missing reservations.

- Settings -> Plug-in -> Booking/cancellation notification settings -> Enter email to receive notification -> Save
💡 Emails regarding channel manager reservation
will be sent to the email address you entered.
