If you want to use Wave Channel Manager instead of using other channel manager,
please follow the steps below to proceed with the switching.
Case 1 : Previous ONDA Service(ZARI) → Wave
Case 2 : Other services → Wave
Instructions before switching CMS

Case 1 : Previous ONDA Service(ZARI) → Wave
- Step 1 : Disable each channel sync function on ZARI
- Settings -> Agency -> Channel Manager -> Click the OTAs that you want to disconnect
- Disable Synchronization status of agency
- Step 2 : Disconnect ONDA(ZARI) on each OTAs extranet.
Please refer to below manuals for each OTAs.
- Step 3 : Connect to OTAs on Wave.
Case 2 : Other services → Wave
- Step 1 : Disable each channel sync function on service that you are using.
- Step 2 : Disconnect previous service on each OTAs extranet.
Please refer to below manuals for each OTAs.
- Step 3 : Connect to OTAs on Wave.
Instructions before switching CMS
✅ We recommend that you do the switching process during business hours on weekdays.
(For Agoda, must ask the market manager or AST to disconnect or re-connect CMS)
✅ Because the price and availability set in Wave is applied to each channel,
switching Channel Manager is directly related to the reservation.
Please read the manual carefully so that there is no setback.
✅ Estimated time for switching 4 channels is 30 minutes to 1 hour.
