- On the ONDA booking engine, when a customer selects a room & rate and clicks the button to make a reservation , a temporary reservation without customer information in ONDA Wave is created. This temporary reservation is automatically changed to the confirmed reservation status when the customer has completed the reservation request for bankbook payment / card payment .
- Provisional reservations are automatically deleted if no reservations are made within 20 minutes .
- Reservation without deposit
-When the reservation is made by ONDA Booking Engine, the payment method is selected as a bankbook payment, and it is automatically assigned to the timeline with reservation confirmation / payment waiting status when making a reservation .
-If the customer's deposit history is confirmed with the unpaid account entered in the ONDA Plug-in> ONDA Booking Engine menu, if the partner directly adds the Payment tab> Payment History , the payment is completed .
-ONDA booking engine reservations can be canceled directly by partners. However, please note that customer claims will not occur if advance notice is made as follows.
-In the Settings> Accommodation Settings> Sales Link tab menu, in the section for adding booking engine accommodation , 'Deposit without bankbook: Reservations will be canceled if payment is not confirmed within 6 hours after booking.' Added cautionary phrases such as .
- Card payment reservation
-When a reservationr selects a payment method on the ONDA booking engine and enters card information, payment is completed, and it is automatically assigned to the timeline in the status of reservation confirmation / payment completion .
- If you change the date and room of your reservation, the old inventory can be resold.
- Reservations can be made through ONDA Booking Engine> Reservation Confirmation / Cancellation menu by searching for reservation number / name .
- When the reservation is changed, the billing / payment details are not changed, and the amount must be managed by adding billing / payment by hand.
- When you add payment in the Payment tab, you can receive additional card payment through ONDA Pay payment .
- Reservation without bankbook deposit: After making a refund to the reservation account, change it from the reservation information to cancel the reservation and save it.
- Card payment reservation
- reservation can be canceled through the booking engine ONDA> Confirm / Cancel in the menu after the reservation number / name search Cancellation button. (Follows the basic collection / refund policy set in the rate plan)
-Partners can only cancel reservations , and if payment is canceled, please forward it to ONDA Partner Support Team through inquiry .
