Please be sure to check the followings before connecting Agoda Channel Manager.
- It may take up to 30 minutes to update the price and availability.
⚠️ It might take some time to be applied on the reservation page
due to Agoda's technical issue. - The price sent by Wave and the price revealed on YCS (Agoda Extranet) are different.
Only the revealed price in YCS is different, and the price sent by Wave actually will be applied to the reservation.
⚠️ Due to technical issue of Agoda, the price of Wave is not revealed to YCS.
Therefore, be sure to check the sales amount.
※ Agoda will fix this issue by June. - Wave's room max occupancy and Agoda's room max occupancy must match.
If the room max occupancy is different, the price and availability will not be updated properly.

Wave : Settings -> Room -> Max occupancy
Agoda : YCS -> Settings -> Room setup -> Room Occupancy / Adults
