When linking between Agoda and ONDA Wave, we provide advance notice on potential problems that may occur due to the limitations of the Agoda linking system, and provide linkage only to partners who have agreed to this.

When changing rates on the ONDA Wave,
[Possible case 1.] Minimum 2 ~ 30 minutes delay reflected in Agoda fare
It may take a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes to apply the Agoda when the price is changed in the ONDA Wave channel manager. This is a problem that arises between YCS (Extranet), which manages the Agoda sales rate, and the Agoda website, so that Wave can't improve .
[Possible case 2.] On Agoda Extranet YCS, different values from actual transmission values are exposed
If the price is changed through the channel manager, the changed value must be saved in the extranet for each OTA and exposed on the admin. However, due to a problem with the Agoda YCS (Extranet) version, the charges changed in the channel manager were saved, but the exposure was not properly performed.
However, the changed rate is still applied to the price of the Agoda website, and according to the development team in charge of Agoda, it will be reported to be resolved with the reorganization of YCS after the end of March 2020.
