Partners who started the integrated reservation management platform ONDA Wave's integrated sales agency service, agreed to the 'ONDA Sales Agency Service (GDS) Usage Agreement' at the initial stage of service use. The contract covers the use and settlement of the service and the responsibilities and limitations of each party, and the settlement policy is based on the relevant terms / contracts.
However, to help you understand this more clearly, we will briefly guide you through the settlement policy for ONDA GDS.

ONDA has established the simplest and clearest settlement system in consideration of various circumstances of partners.
Reservations that have been confirmed and checked out through ONDA GDS will be sorted by checkout date and divided into monthly and Sunday units to deposit on the following Friday.

Establishment of ONDA fees for fees due to customer cancellation
Based on various conditions and circumstances such as customer's carelessness or natural disaster, we charge the customer a fee according to the refund policy. Thereafter, an integrated sales agency fee also applies to the cancellation fee.
Finally, the difference between the cancellation fee paid by the customer and the ONDA GDS fee is deducted from the partner's passbook under the above conditions .

Monthly tax invoice issuance
For ONDA GDS fees and fees paid to various ONDAs, electronic tax invoices will be issued based on the email address and business registration number entered at the end of each month. The issued details can be checked at Hometex ( http://hometax.go.kr ).
