The following information is entered and managed in Wave> Settings> Property > Basic Information & integration tab .

In the booking engine, the image registered in Wave > Setting > Property > Integration is imported.
If you feel you are running out of photos, add an image.
Maps in booking engines are set based on the information entered in the address field of Wave > Setting > Property.
The latitude and longitude of the entered address will be tracked and shown on the map, so be careful not to make the address wrong.
Reservation Confirmation / Cancellation Menu
The customer enters the reservation number and the name of the person making the reservation to view his or her reservation.
In addition, if a cancellation or refund is possible, the customer may cancel the reservation or issue a refund.
Payment is canceled as follows.
- When a customer cancels a reservation for a card payment, payment will be canceled according to the refund policy registered in the plan .
- The property can cancel the reservation, but cannot cancel the payment .
- After negotiating with the customer for payment cancellation , contact the ONDA Partner Support Team to help cancel the payment.
ONDA Wave booking engine basically supports Korean and English .
