Introduction of ONDA Wave booking engine

This is a service that introduces the rooms of the property and allows you to make reservations .
No need to create expensive homepages, just a few clicks from ONDA Wave
You can create your own partner webpage.
You can also complete payment through connection with ONDA Pay. (Card, bankbook deposit)

Reservation information can be viewed and managed on the timeline and dashboard.
It is convenient for real-time inventory interlocking with channel manager and integrated sales agency.

If you promote it on the homepage or Naver (Modoo) or Instagram,
Customers' reservations must be answered by phone or message, and are often missed.
However, ONDA Wave booking engine does all the process online .
You can also increase sales, reduce vacancy rates and streamline operations .

The following information is entered and managed in Wave> Settings> Property > Basic Information & integration tab .

Accommodation Information Menu

Guide to general information about the property.
Please fill in all available information in the Wave> Setting > Property menu.
The more detailed the information, the easier and faster the customer can choose with confidence.

Reservation customers can see the screen below.

Accommodation Photo Menu

In the booking engine, the image registered in Wave > Setting > Property > Integration is imported.
If you feel you are running out of photos, add an image.

Map menu

Maps in booking engines are set based on the information entered in the address field of Wave > Setting > Property.
The latitude and longitude of the entered address will be tracked and shown on the map, so be careful not to make the address wrong.

Reservation Confirmation / Cancellation Menu

The customer enters the reservation number and the name of the person making the reservation to view his or her reservation.
In addition, if a cancellation or refund is possible, the customer may cancel the reservation or issue a refund.

Payment is canceled as follows.

• When a customer cancels a reservation for a card payment, payment will be canceled according to the refund policy registered in the plan .
• The property can cancel the reservation, but cannot cancel the payment .
• After negotiating with the customer for payment cancellation , contact the ONDA Partner Support Team to help cancel the payment.
