1. Reservation assignment and transfer
- All reservations are viewed and managed within the timeline menu.
- The created reservation is automatically assigned sequentially from the top in the room type.
- After that, you can change the date and room in the timeline or in the reservation information window .
- After the change, inventory on the original date will be restored. (Resale available)
💡 Changed date / room information is not reflected in the purchase / reservation history checked by the customer.

Move within the same date / room type (room or dormitory)
- Click the (⁝) button on the reservation you want to move from the timeline table , and select Move Room .
- Click the mouse on the blank among the same date / room types to complete the move.
① You cannot move to another date
② You cannot move to another type (eg room type → dormitory / bed type)
Move to another date / room type (room or dormitory)
- Bring up the details window for the reservation you want to move.
- On the Room Assignment tab, change the room type / room / check-in / check-out information and click Save .
* Changes may not be possible if there is no stock.
How partners cancel
- For reservations that need to be canceled, click the Cancel Request button on the Reservation Information tab (exposed only the reservations for the sales agent)
- After confirming the reason for cancellation and the completion of customer information in the cancellation request, enter the desired refund% and confirm
- ONDA Customer Center confirms and cancels the request. Processed sequentially within business hours operating hours. Requests for holidays / weekends will be canceled on the nearest business day.
⚠️ ONDA Customer Center will issue a refund at the% of refund requested by the partner without additional customer guidance.
If a claim occurs due to a cancellation request without customer consultation , the partner must handle it.
How to cancel a reservation
- Sales Channel> My Page / Reservations can be canceled
(However, cancellation policy set in ONDA Wave> Accommodation Settings> Basic Collection / Refund Policy)
- Customers can cancel by calling the customer center of the sales channel.
※ If a 100% refund is required within the period for which a fee is charged,
