1. Room Type List

This page allows you to view and select the main information of the rooms registered in your account.

Room Type Information: Room Type Name, Number of Inventories, Room Category, Status, Base Rate, Number of Beds in 1 room.
Active/Inactive status of the unit listed.

 💡 When the room type is activated, 
   it is exposed on Timeline grid and is applicable to any rate plan.

Top right (+) Add Room / Room Type: Create a new room.
Upper right (⁝) Change Order button: Change the order of rooms to display on Timeline grid.

Selecting a particular room type, this page appears to enter and edit the details of the registered room type.

Room Name: Enter the room name or room type name.
Room Code: Short code for room/room type, exposed on the timeline. Mixed numbers and uppercase and lowercase letters (up to 6 characters).
(Example: Double Bed Room → DBLBDR, Triple Bed Room → 3BDR, 6 Dormitory → 6PDORM)
Room Activation: Decide whether to expose the room type to the timeline grid and ONDA Distributor.
Room Type: Choose from the room, dormitory/share room, private room.

 ⚠️ Editing a room type's name is not supported. 
    It must be newly created after deletion.

Occupancy: The standard number of people in the room/room type.
Max Occupancy: The maximum number of people allowed to enter the room/room type.
Base Rate: Basic room price per person.
Extra charge for adults: Additional charges for each additional adult, if the basic number is exceeded.
Extra charge for children: Additional fee is charged when exceeding the basic number of children.
Inventory: The number of rooms/room types available.

 ⚠️ Editing the number of stocks is not supported. 
    It must be newly created after deletion.

If you want to delete the room type, you can delete it by clicking the More (⁝) button in the upper right.

 ⚠️ Once a room type is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

The information entered here is used by ONDA Distributor and Booking Engine services.

Details can improve your sales rate and reduce unnecessary inquiries.

You can also enter reservations for foreign tourists by adding multilingual content.
