On this page, you may assign extra IDs to members or staff in an accommodation. Thus you can raise the level of security related to reservations and customer information, including separation of permissions by ID.
Add an Account
If you would like to add a new staff account to the property, you can create a new customer from the [Settings> Account Setting] menu. Enter the fields required by 'Add Account' tab.
Before saving this information, if you agree to receive promotional newsletters, ONDA will send various information necessary to operate a property at the email address registered
Edit your account information
If you want to edit your account information, simply select the account and change the field.
If you want to change the password, select the account in the [Settings> Account Setting] menu and click the [Reset Password] button to change the password.
Delete an Account
If you want to delete an account, you can delete it by selecting the account you want to delete from the [Settings> Account Setting] menu and clicking the (:)More button > 'Delete Account' button on the upper right.
However, if the account is a Master account or a single account in an accommodation, it cannot be deleted.
